HOW TO ENTER

The Great British Pub Awards is a two phase judging process: please follow the step by step details below to enter:

Round 1
  1. Create an account and login (you will receive a registration email containing a link that you must click on to verify your email address before you can login)
  2. Complete the Pub Information Form. Once you submit, you cannot edit this form
  3. Select the category you wish to enter
  4. Complete the questions for your chosen category in application round 1
  5. Submit to complete your entry
  6. Repeat the process for any other categories you wish to enter
Round 1 entry deadline: Wednesday 22nd May 2019 (any entries received after this date will be discounted)

We will send you an email to confirm your entry and will keep you posted with its progress.

If you have been successful in round 1 you will be notified on 30th May and asked to supply more information for Round 2.

Round 2
  1. Login to your account
  2. Select the category(s) you have been shortlisted in and complete the questions
  3. Upload supporting information (file types accepted are: Word, pdf, powerpoint, jpg, png)
  4. Submit to complete your entry
  5. Repeat the process for any other categories you have been shortlisted in
Round 2 entry deadline: Tuesday 25th June 2019 (any entries received after this date will be discounted)

We will send you an email to confirm your entry and will keep you posted with its progress.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can I submit into more than one category?
A: Yes, you can enter into up to 17 categories

Q: What if I am a PR agency representing a pub- entering on their behalf
A:  In addition to the pub email address, you will be asked to supply your PR email address in the pub information form. All entry correspondence will be sent to the pub and the PR agency

Q: What if I want to enter more than one pub

Question: The dates/times associated with my submitted material seem to be a few hours off. Why is this?
Answer: This happens when we are unaware of your local timezone. Please set your timezone in your account settings page.
